Supplemental Health Insurance Option for Members
UA Local 396 has created a Supplemental Health Insurance Option for Members who wish to take out Supplemental Insurance on their own with AFLAC. This service and premiums are NOT covered through the 396 Benefits Office. If you wish to take out a policy you will pay 100% of the premium out of pocket.

UA Local Union No. 396 was chartered on August 1st, 1998. Local 396 is part of the United Association of Plumbers, Fitters, Welders, and HVAC Service Techs. We proudly work in Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull Counties in Ohio and the Grant District in Hancock County, West Virginia.
