The username is your last name and the first three letters of your first name and the password is your UA Number. There are no spaces or apostrophes in the login name. For example if your last name is  Dan O’Neill then your user name would be oneilldan. If your last name is Martin Van Duren, then your user name is simply vandurenmar.

If you do not have a UA Number please contact the UA 396 Union Office and they will provide you with your temporary password.
